About:
As Partner Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) for the UK, you will expand Chrono24’s network of professional sellers, dealers, jewelers and pre‑owned specialists - and bring top-tier inventory onto our marketplace. You’ll be the face of Chrono24 in the UK luxury watch ecosystem: opening doors, building trust, closing smart partnerships, and setting new sellers up for sustainable success. You will work closely with Onboarding, Account Management, Marketing and Compliance to deliver a best‑in‑class partner experience from first contact to first sale.
What you can expect:
• Own the full acquisition cycle for new UK partners: market mapping, outbound prospecting, qualification and closing.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline; meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for signed partners and activated GMV.
• Articulate Chrono24’s value proposition and tailor ROI business cases to each seller.
• Orchestrate a smooth handover to Onboarding and drive activation in the first 90 days (listings quality, pricing health, responsiveness).
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Account Management, Marketing and Operations to remove blockers and scale what works.
• Map the UK market, identify white spaces, and run targeted acquisition plays and campaigns.
• Represent Chrono24 at store visits and industry events across the UK; some travel required.
• Work data‑driven: maintain excellent CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and iterate on messaging and outreach cadences.
What sets you apart:
• 3+ years of B2B new business development/partner acquisition or field sales (marketplace, e‑commerce, SaaS, or luxury retail preferred).
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding ambitious acquisition and revenue activation targets; strong negotiation skills.
• Native‑level English with outstanding communication and presentation abilities; additional languages are a plus.
• Genuine interest in watches and the luxury retail ecosystem
• Proficient with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms).
• Structured, self‑driven, and resilient; able to prioritize, travel across the UK, and thrive in a fast‑moving, international environment.
