• Identify and activate high-potential partners positioned to drive expansion across connectivity, MES/MOM, analytics, and application enablement use cases.
• Engage with regional and global Channel Partner leaders to align on priorities, partner development, and execution.
Partner Enablement & Program Execution
• Design and deliver partner enablement programs, including technical training, certification paths, sales training, and marketing support.
• Support execution of the Velotic Partner Program, ensuring partners meet certification, compliance, and performance standards.
• Provide ongoing guidance, training, and educational programs to deepen partners’ understanding of Velotic’s platform, policies, and procedures.
• Organize and lead partner enablement sessions, webinars, and industry events (e.g., IMTS, Hannover Messe, regional partner summits).
Pipeline Support & Partner Success
• Work with partners on joint marketing initiatives and pipeline generation activities to help them build their own Velotic opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance, identify risks or gaps, and implement remediation plans in collaboration with Commercial management.
• Maintain ongoing oversight of Channel Partners’ activities, capacity, compliance, and overall health within the assigned region.
• Ensure partners are technically certified and capable of high-quality implementations to drive customer satisfaction.
Performance Management & Compliance
• Roll up partner metrics and analyze trends, risks, and development opportunities.
• Maintain disciplined partner data hygiene and performance tracking.
• Understand industry regulations and internal policies to support compliant and effective partner execution.

• Technical literacy across manufacturing environments, including familiarity with Industry 4.0, SCADA, MES, IIoT, or PLCs.
• Proven success building and managing channel ecosystems (system integrators, resellers, OT consultants) in an industrial context.
• Experience designing and delivering partner training, certification programs, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills; able to influence partner leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong skills in partner business planning, capacity planning, and performance management.
