Seven Starling is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.

Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with an interest in maternal mental health currently located in North Carolina. What you'll do:
• As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for clients navigating the perinatal journey. This is a part‑time salaried position, expected to average approximately 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables.
• Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments). 24 client appointments per week
• Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting
• Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)
• Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans
• Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
• Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests

Who you are:
• Independently licensed in Virginia (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist) PLUS additional license in at least TWO or more of the following states (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Floridia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia)
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal or women’s mental health
• Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
• Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
• Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
