(Part-time) Supply Chain Analyst

Zipdev is looking for a Operations, Purchasing, Testing & Logistics Associate to join our client, Hologenix, based in Pacific Palisades, CA. Our client is a materials science company that produces innovative, responsive textile products that energize all aspects of life. This is a part-time position offering a hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The selected candidate will contribute to driving operational excellence across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Maintain data for responsible tasks. This will include updating Monday.com, Sharepoint, Excel, Salesforce, etc.
• Testing Email and Data Management: Review testing inbox, update data in Excel and Word document templates, and all execution needed for testing
• CMAA and MNDA Management: Update word templates and format for Docusign, send and manage documents through Docusign, update and add information to Salesforce
• Logistics Oversight: Responsible for some shipments and inbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the entire Hologenix team to ensure alignment and communication.
• Tech Stack Operations: Use platforms like Monday.com, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Zoom, Teams, etc.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in logistics and operations roles.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, and Zoom.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
• Excellent communicator and highly organized.
• Excellent fluency in English (Both written and verbal).
• Currently living in Latin America.
