Part-Time: Monday, Friday, Saturday PM Shifts

What We Offer:
• Competitive base pay between $19.00 to $21.00 per hour commensurate with experience and skills

About the Role:
In this position you will:
• Answer and operate a multi-line phone system
• Maintain and update the company database and calendars
• Act as a customer liaison to lead communications throughout the project installation timeline
• Ensure clear coordination between scheduling, production, and installation departments to provide an award-winning customer experience
Key Qualifications:
• Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
• 1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to type minimum 40 wpm
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal communications skills
• Ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
