Despre rol

Cautam un Recruitment Scout care sa sustina procesul de recrutare pentru pozitiile de Game Presenter. Activitatea se va desfasura in principal pe teren, in locatii cheie din Bucuresti. Scopul rolului este identificarea, abordarea si atragerea persoanelor care se potrivesc profilului cautat.

Responsabilitati

Identificarea potentialilor candidati pentru rolul de Game Presenter

Promovarea oportunitatii de angajare intr-un mod clar si profesionist

Prezentarea informatiilor de baza despre rol, companie si procesul de recrutare

Colectarea datelor de contact ale persoanelor interesate si transmiterea catre echipa de HR a profilurilor potrivite. Mentinerea unei comunicari constante cu echipa de HR privind activitatea de teren

Sustinerea recrutarii prin networking, recomandari si interactiuni directe

Reprezentarea companiei intr-un mod profesionist in toate interactiunile cu potentialii candidati.

Conditii de colaborare: Contract individual de munca pe perioada determinata Program 4h Salariu fix plus comision, in functie de angajarile realizate. Comisionul va fi platit in 3 etape, conform etapelor stabilite in procesul de recrutare si angajare.
