Part-Time Project Manager (Fixed-Term – 3 Months)
Salary: £35,000 (Full-Time Equivalent, pro rata)
Location: Based from our Head Office in Shrewsbury, this will include travel to our sites across Shropshire, Staffordshire, Wales and Cumbria to ensure training and implementation is carried out effectively.
Hours: 3 days per week
Start Date: ASAP

We are now looking for an experienced and personable Project Manager to support the rollout of a new Time & Attendance system across our homes and services.
About the Role
This is a short-term, high-impact role focused on delivering a successful system implementation across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with our home managers and operational teams, ensuring the rollout is smooth, well-communicated, and embedded effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the rollout of a new Time & Attendance system across multiple residential sites
Plan, coordinate, and deliver key project milestones within agreed timelines
Build strong, trusted relationships with Home Managers and operational teams
Provide clear, practical communication and support to colleagues in the field
Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum
Travel regularly to sites across the business to support implementation
About You
Proven experience in project management, ideally within multi-site or operational environments
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and work collaboratively
A down-to-earth, approachable style – able to engage effectively with frontline teams
Comfortable working in a hands-on, people-focused environment (not purely desk-based)
Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
Available to start at short notice
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
