Pacific Programming and Tech Inc, a leading software development firm, is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Part-Time Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This role requires on-site presence two days per week and is ideal for someone who takes ownership and keeps things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office operations, supplies, and inventory (including ordering and upkeep).
Act as the main contact for building management, vendors, and service providers.
Handle office expenses, invoice follow-ups, and coordination with accountants.
Oversee mail, deposits, and basic administrative processes.
Coordinate office logistics, including service requests, parking, and payments.
Plan and support team events and internal activities.
Qualifications
Bilingual: French & English (required).
Experience in office management, administration, or similar role.
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Work Arrangement
