SCOPE:
The Office Administrator is a part-time, hourly position. This position is a support employee who shares responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of our various office locations. The position is based in Draper, Utah and is responsible for day-to-day office admin of that office while also coordinating with the designated office managers in each of our locations for global efforts or specialized needs.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Draper Office Admin:
Overseeing office supplies and equipment
Stock and coordinate Cantina
Coordinating office cleaning and maintenance needs
Set-up and prep of new or visiting employee workstations
Assisting with key fob setup and tracking
Ensuring a functional and pleasant workspace (holiday décor, etc.)
Division Office Coordination:
Global office closures and communications
Internal signage
Administrative Support:
Mailing and tracking packages
Set-up and cleanup for meetings and lunch & learn events
Organizing and maintaining physical or digital files
Administrative tasks as requested by Human Resources or Training teams
Various Other Support Tasks:
Assist with the organization of company events and meetings
Other tasks as may be assigned
Because of the dynamic nature of office administration, other tasks not listed here may arise. When such situations occur, your supervisor will communicate these responsibilities and determine how they can be incorporated into the existing duties.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ years of office management experience
