Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday (10-hour shift TBD), Saturday (10-hour shift TBD)
On-Site Construction Environment
Must work at least 1 shift a week to remain active
Job Summary
As an On-Site Occupational Health Technician, you will:
Provide injury triage and treatment
Support workers’ health and wellness initiatives
Collaborate with safety teams and project leadership
Help prevent workplace injuries before they happen

What You’ll Do
Triage and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
Provide follow-up care using evidence-based medical protocols
Support workers’ compensation and risk management processes
Document all patient encounters in an EMR system
Maintain a clean and fully stocked on-site clinic
Communicate with MMC leadership and local healthcare providers
Work daily with site safety personnel
Lead “Stretch and Flex” sessions
Conduct job site walk-throughs
Identify potential workplace health risks
Promote employee wellness initiatives
Conduct new hire drug screens and orientation
Perform substance abuse and occupational health testing
Participate in weekly team meetings to review cases and site updates
Qualifications
Current State EMT-Basic certification or ability to obtain according to NREMT and State Laws
Current ACLS certification (required)
OSHA-30 Certification (required within 90 days; company provided)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed healthcare provider
Emergency, occupational, or industrial safety experience preferred
Skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to read and complete medical and administrative documentation
Valid driver’s license in good standing (if driving required)
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role in a construction environment
