Part-Time Occupational Health Paramedic
Location: Berwick, PA

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is seeking an experienced Paramedic to provide part-time, as-needed on-site medical coverage. This is an excellent opportunity to transition from reactive EMS work to a proactive role focused on injury prevention, workforce wellness, and job site safety.
About the Role
As an On-Site Occupational Health Paramedic, you’ll work in a dedicated clinic setting, supporting both workers and site leadership. You’ll play a key role in keeping the workforce healthy, safe, and productive while collaborating closely with safety teams.
This is not a traditional ambulance role.
You’ll build relationships, provide ongoing care, and contribute directly to a culture of safety. At MMC, we don’t just respond to emergencies—we help prevent them.
Schedule & Availability
This is a part-time, supporting a 24/7 operation.
Must be able to cover at least one shift per week to remain active.
What You’ll Do
Assess, triage, and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries
Provide first aid and emergency response when needed
Deliver follow-up care using evidence-based protocols
Maintain accurate medical and OSHA documentation
Conduct drug screenings and occupational health testing
Monitor worker health and provide wellness guidance
Support workers’ compensation and risk management processes
Collaborate with site safety teams and leadership
Coordinate with local EMS for higher-level care when necessary

What You Bring
Current Alabama Paramedic License (required)
Current ACLS certification (required)
OSHA-30 Certification (required)
Minimum of 2 years of paramedic experience
Experience in emergency, industrial, or occupational health settings (preferred)
Valid driver’s license in good standing
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
