We serve locations throughout the Minneapolis metro such as, Wayzata, Eden Prairie, Chaska Bloomington, Burnsville, Apple Valley, St. Louis Park, Edina, Eagan, Richfield & nearby

Join FirstLight Home Care as a part-time caregiver and help clients live safely and comfortably at home. We provide training, support, and recognition to help you succeed.

What We Offer:

$18–$20/hr starting pay ($20/hr for CNA-licensed caregivers)

Paid training, PTO, and orientation

Your Role:

Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

Mobility assistance & transfers

Meal prep & light housekeeping

Medication reminders & transportation

Companionship and emotional support

Requirements:

18+ years old with reliable transportation and cell phone

Weekend availability (every other)

Completion of onboarding, TB screening, and training

Reliable, compassionate, and patient, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
