(Part-Time) Growth & CRM Designer

We are looking for a Growth & CRM Designer to support the execution and localization of high-quality email and CRM creative across multiple markets. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency.

You will work closely with the Brand and Marketing teams to adapt and scale existing creative assets across languages while ensuring every output maintains pixel-perfect quality and strict adherence to brand guidelines.

This position requires someone who can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining speed, accuracy, and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt and localize existing email and CRM design assets across multiple languages while maintaining strict brand consistency
• Reflow typography and layouts to accommodate different character lengths and language structures
• Ensure all localized assets remain visually cohesive and aligned with the brand identity
• Maintain pixel-perfect precision across all exports and deliverables
• Collaborate closely with Brand and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaigns
• Manage multiple versions of assets and support fast turnaround timelines in a high-velocity launch environment

Requirements:
• 2–4+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, or design-led consumer brands
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong execution discipline
• Strong typography expertise and deep understanding of hierarchy, spacing, and composition
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience working within established design systems and brand guidelines
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-output environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience designing email marketing or CRM campaigns
• Experience with multilingual design localization
