Role Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in vehicle wraps to create bold, high-converting designs for commercial fleets, trucks, vans, and other branded assets.

This role is ideal for someone who understands layout, scale, and visibility in motion, not just static design.

Responsibilities

Vehicle Wrap Design & Layout

• Design full and partial commercial vehicle wraps (vans, trucks, trailers)
• Translate client requirements into clear, high-impact visual concepts
• Optimize layouts for visibility at distance and in motion
• Adapt designs across different vehicle templates and dimensions

Large Format File Preparation

• Create print-ready production files for large-format printing
• Set up files with correct bleed, scale, resolution, and color profiles
• Ensure accuracy for installation alignment and paneling
• Maintain organized source and final files

Mockups & Visual Presentation

• Create realistic vehicle mockups for client approvals
• Apply designs to different vehicle models and perspectives
• Iterate quickly based on feedback

Revision & Client Feedback Handling

• Implement revisions based on internal and client input
• Balance speed and quality across multiple projects
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines

Design Quality Control

• Ensure all designs are legible, clean, and production-ready
• Catch layout, alignment, and scaling issues before production
• Maintain high visual standards across all deliverables

Requirements:
• 3+ years of graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio (vehicle wraps or large-format work preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Experience preparing print-ready files for large-format production
• Understanding of scale, bleed, DPI, and color profiles (CMYK)
• Experience working with large-scale layouts (not just digital design)
• Ability to work 20–25h/week with EST overlap
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Haves

• Direct experience with vehicle wrap design
• Experience with signage, billboards, or outdoor advertising
• Familiarity with vehicle templates and wrap mockup tools
• Experience with 3D mockups or perspective visualization
• Branding and marketing design experience
• Experience working with US-based clients or agencies
