New Horizon Co-op is hiring a Part-time Gas Bar Supervisor at our Royal Gas Bar in Grande Prairie, Alberta. This position will work a variety of evening, weekend and day shifts.

What you’ll do:
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing information, assistance, and a positive experience to all customers
Supervise, coach, and support Gas Bar Team Members to ensure efficient daily operations and adherence to company policies and safety standards
Oversee fueling operations, including operating gas pumps, cleaning windshields, and checking vehicle fluid levels when requested
Accurately process fuel and merchandise sales through the point-of-sale system, ensuring proper cash handling and transaction procedures
Prepare and reconcile daily cash and pump reports, assist with deposits, and support administrative tasks such as scheduling and record keeping
Order, receive, unpack, and merchandise products, ensuring accurate pricing, displays, and promotional compliance
Maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and organization of the Gas Bar, including indoor and outdoor areas
Ensure the site is properly opened and closed each day, including securing equipment, setting up or storing supplies, and monitoring fuel and propane levels
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and strong customer service standards among all staff
Perform additional duties as required

Who you are and what you have:
Enthusiastic approach to work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and team leadership
Must be responsible and possess great leadership skills
Supervisory experience and previous Gas Bar or retail fuel experience is considered an asset
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong math and basic computer skills, including experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail, with a commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards
Physically capable of performing duties such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
