Part Time / Freelancer - Webflow & Framer Designer / Developer (F/M/X)

What we're looking for

Hey you – for various internal and client-facing projects we are looking for a Webflow and Framer Website Designer and Developer. Ideally you are a creative mind deeply understanding how modern interface design works and have your own opinion on where the industry will develop toward in the future.

For this role we’re looking for a seasoned individual that has proven themselves in multiple projects both in their design as well as implementation skills.

The tech world is changing fast and HUBBLR embraces that change. Culturally we’re looking for people who can ride this wave, iterate fast on their tasks and who can embrace that sometimes we need to unlearn existing knowledge/skills to become better in new environments.

You ideally have substantial experience with UI/UX Design and can implement your knowledge without multiple feedback cycles. As a perk to the role – for very complex technical implementations you can always ask for help within our engineering team.

Most of our clients are situated in Germany, hence a high level of business English is required.

Other than that, we’d happily welcome you to our Valencia office (Marítim) with your own workstation.

The role in a nutshell

You will be working as an independent addition to our team on both client-facing as well as internal Webflow and Framer projects. As HUBBLR is a data-driven organization, you will also represent that company value toward clients and internal stakeholders. Together with Product Managers you will be looking at individual project KPIs and derive from there improvement strategies. Your role is designed to blend creativity, design skills, and having enough technical knowledge and experience in website development to be able to put this creativity directly into practice.

Figma is a part of the organization (in other product roles), but we are looking to shorten the cycle for website development by directly implementing ideas.

Your Responsibilities

You will be joining a growing team, located in Münster, Hamburg, Mannheim, Valencia.

You will be designing and building new websites, templates and plugins

You will take on existing Webflow and framer projects and continue development on them being guided by client feedback

HUBBLR works with data and you will be also tasks to look on and ideate on improving individual project KPIs

Your Qualifications

3+ years experience in building webflow / framer / low-code websites with an proven website

A portfolio showing your taste / design (and animation) skill (must-have)

Substantial knowledge about growth / conversion tactics to take data and derive from it new designs and website implementations

High ambition to be hands on, owning the work you take on (must-have)

Communication skills for constructive team feedback (must-have)

Analytical thinking & MVP / lean mindset (must-have)

Fluent in English (must-have)

Ability to work independently on tasks (must-have)

Living in Valencia or close by (must-have)
