Your Role

We’re looking for a talented Static Ad Graphic Designer to create high-performing static ad creatives for Spyglass, our marketing intelligence newsletter, with the expectation that the role will grow into designing ads for our core software product, primarily across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys performance-driven creative work and wants to have a direct impact on growth marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Design static ad creatives to drive subscriptions for Spyglass
• Create and develop ads for Meta as we scale paid acquisition for our software
• Translate marketing briefs into clean, compelling, and scroll-stopping visuals
• Produce multiple ad variations for A/B testing and optimization
• Iterate quickly based on performance data, feedback, and learnings
• Collaborate with marketing and creative stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with exposure to paid social or performance marketing
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and conversion-focused design work
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Understanding of Meta ad specs, formats, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness in async teamwork

Nice-to-Have (Bonus)

• Experience designing for SaaS or tech brands
• Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPC, etc.)
• Experience creating ad variations for testing
