You’ll ensure seamless operations for events of all sizes while maintaining high standards for safety, efficiency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. As needed, you’ll also be outside alongside the parking staff, providing hands-on support and leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead all operational functions of campus parking facilities, including daily operations, sales coordination, and maintenance oversight

Plan, execute, and supervise event parking operations, optimizing traffic flow and vehicle movement during high-volume events

Ensure the creation and execution of parking plans while providing hands-on operational support.

Schedule, train, and manage parking attendants and support staff, setting clear performance expectations and maintaining service excellence

Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and labor costs to meet target percentages and maximize departmental profitability

Oversee parking permit programs, including monthly, residential, football, and Cultural Foundation permits

Prepare weekly parking plans and maintain accurate system updates in platforms such as Momentus, SharePoint, and Amano One

Ensure accurate daily reporting and timely month-end reporting on parking deck performance

Manage invoicing processes and oversee parking-related accounts

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and signage throughout all parking facilities

Conduct routine audits of parking procedures to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities

Collaborate across departments and serve as the parking representative in interdepartmental meetings

Partner with leadership to develop and enhance traffic management strategies for peak periods

Oversee the department’s budget and make data-driven recommendations to meet or exceed financial goals

Ensure proper oversight of the department’s small vehicle fleet

Address on-site operational issues quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience
