Position Summary:

We are seeking a responsible, observant, and customer-service-oriented Parking Enforcement Officer to ensure compliance with parking rules and regulations in designated areas. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in both indoor and outdoor environments. Available times include weekdays & weekends - morning, afternoon, or evening. 

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor on-street and off-street parking areas to enforce posted regulations

Issue citations for parking violations using handheld devices or ticketing systems

Document and photograph violations accurately for recordkeeping

Respond to parking-related inquiries or concerns in a professional manner

Report damaged signs, broken meters, or unsafe conditions to management

Work cooperatively with team members and other departments to support operations

Maintain a strong presence and represent the company positively in public

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Prior experience in customer service, security, or enforcement preferred

Ability to walk for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Basic familiarity with handheld devices, mobile apps, or ticketing systems

Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow procedures consistently

Additional Details:

Uniform and training provided

Position may include weekends, evenings, or holiday coverage

This role requires standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting

Compensation:

Hourly wage: $18 / hr, plus Monthly Bonus Payouts (Avg. pay after bonus ranges from $21-24 / hr)
