Zinda Law Group, a rapidly growing and prestigious personal injury law firm, is seeking a dynamic and intelligent Paralegal Team Manager to join our team.

This is a permanent full-time role. Our principal office is in Austin, Texas, with offices in Denver, Dallas, El Paso, and across the Southwest. As our Paralegal Team Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex legal matters and resolve their cases while overseeing our firm's pre-litigation department.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of pre-litigation department, including ensuring team's adherence to processes and procedures and accuracy of work product
Training new Paralegals and Legal Assistants on pre-litigation duties
Assisting Attorneys and Paralegals with managing cases from intake and opening through settlement and closing
Promoting high quality client service and client communication throughout the department
Monitoring medical treatments and liens for clients
Reviewing and analyzing medical records, demand packages, and reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate’s degree
3+ years of experience as a pre-litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury but must be civil litigation
1 year of Training or Management Experience
Strong client communication skills
Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
$60,000-150,000, depending on experience
Paid time off (20 days) and 10 paid holidays
