About the Role

You’ll be embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of the business, supporting a steady flow of commercial deals, vendor relationships, and internal initiatives. This isn’t a role where you wait for instructions or route paperwork. You’ll build the systems that make legal work at scale.

On any given week, you might be reviewing a high volume of NDAs, tightening up contract language for a new vendor, and figuring out how to standardize terms so the next 50 deals move twice as fast.

You’ll work closely with GTM, finance, and leadership. The expectation is simple: when legal becomes a bottleneck, you fix it.

What you’ll do:

• Review, draft, and manage a high volume of agreements (NDAs, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts)

• Own contract lifecycle management—keeping records clean, accessible, and up to date

• Identify friction in legal workflows and build processes to reduce turnaround time

• Partner with internal teams to move deals forward while balancing risk and speed

• Create and maintain templates, playbooks, and guidelines that scale legal support across the company

• Flag risks early and propose practical, business-aware solutions

• Support broader legal and compliance initiatives as the company grows

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment

• Strong experience reviewing and managing commercial contracts

• Comfortable handling multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

• Clear, concise communicator—especially when translating legal nuance for non-legal teams

• Systems thinker: you look for ways to improve, automate, and scale processes

• High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail

Bonus:

• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools

• Exposure to data privacy, compliance, or corporate governance work
