About the Role:

The Paralegal will be a key member of Real’s Legal Department assisting the One Real Mortgage business. The Paralegal will work on a variety of legal support activities, including providing support to maintain the Company’s licenses and providing clerical and administrative support. The role requires maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and handling highly sensitive material. What You’ll Do:

• Assist in supporting the Company’s mortgage licensing activities, including applications for new licenses and license maintenance activities.

• Assist in managing and implementing compliance matters, including marketing compliance reviews.

• Type business letters, memorandums, presentations, and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner;

• Create and edit presentations/spreadsheets;

• Establish and maintain appropriate documentation and files as needed;

• Manage large amounts of documents electronic and paper; work with organizing, indexing and tracking files, increasing responsibility as knowledge base expands.

• Communicate effectively up, down and across the company to gather information needed by the team, and to share information as appropriate. Requires gaining a thorough knowledge of company policies, practices and people, particularly as it relates to the work of the teams supported. Also requires building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external contacts.

• Project tasks and project management responsibilities, as assigned from time-to-time.

What You’ll Bring:

• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and excellent written communication skills are essential.

• A willingness to dig-in and learn new technology is critical. This role requires digital fluency or – at a minimum – a willingness to learn.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Education & Experience:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in the related field

• Bachelors Degree
