Work Type: Full‑Time, 100% Remote Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST Experience: 1–2 years (California PI preferred) Start: ASAP Interview Process: 1 interview About the Role We are seeking a Bilingual Paralegal & Intake Specialist to support high‑volume Personal Injury pre‑litigation cases. This hybrid role involves client intake, case screening, communication, and coordination of medical treatment. You will work closely with a collaborative legal team to ensure smooth transitions from intake through case development. Responsibilities
Serve as first point of contact for new clients (phone, chat, email). Conduct screenings and gather detailed incident information. Manage intake steps and maintain accurate data in systems (e.g., Clio Grow). Handle a high‑volume PI pre‑litigation caseload. Review medical records and coordinate treatment (surgeries, injections, etc.). Maintain regular client communication and prepare files for demands.
Requirements
1–2 years of PI intake or case management experience (California PI preferred). Strong understanding of medical terminology. Ability to manage large caseloads. Typing 40+ wpm; CLIO experience a plus. Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred).
