Salary: $70,000 - 80,000/year
This position allows for 3 days per week remote / work from home.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced plaintiff-side personal injury and civil litigation practice. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing case files from intake through trial, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of personal injury and/or civil litigation matters from pre-suit through trial
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
• File documents with state and federal courts (e-filing experience required)
• Coordinate and track deadlines, court dates, and statute of limitations
• Assist with discovery, including document collection, review, and production
• Obtain, review, and summarize medical records, bills, and other case-related documents
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and demand packages
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial binders
• Maintain organized and up-to-date case files (electronic and physical)
Requirements:
• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (plaintiff-side personal injury or civil litigation preferred)
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements
• Experience with medical records review and personal injury case management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and case management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
