The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and understands the nuances of corporate law, finance, and contract management. As part of a consulting firm that provides sophisticated legal, financial, and business advisory services, you will help maintain the integrity of our client documentation and contribute directly to investor communications and corporate governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Governance & Equity Management
Update, maintain, and reconcile cap tables and other equity ownership records for clients.
Assist in preparing and organizing corporate filings, board resolutions, and other compliance-related documents.
Ensure all corporate and investor documents meet the firm’s accuracy and confidentiality standards.
Legal Documentation & Contract Support
Review employment, separation, and HR-related agreements for accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.
Assist in the drafting and coordination of client engagement letters, basic commercial agreements, and internal legal documents.
Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure timely preparation, revision, and execution of contracts.
Investor & Client Relations
Support the preparation of investor reports, summaries, and due diligence materials for presentations and filings.
Help manage client deliverables and maintain proactive communication regarding document status and requirements.
Uphold professionalism and discretion in all interactions with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Finance & Compliance Support
Coordinate with finance teams to verify equity, ownership, and investment-related data.
Contribute to the preparation of financial summaries and compliance documentation for investors and stakeholders.
Track, organize, and manage data used in fundraising, corporate transactions, or investor updates.
Organization & Administrative Coordination
Maintain a robust document management system for contracts, financial records, and compliance files.
Support senior consultants with project tracking, document preparation, and internal reporting.
Ensure precision, confidentiality, and efficiency across all administrative workflows.
Qualifications & Ideal Traits:
Experience: Background in corporate law, finance, investor relations, or consulting is highly preferred.
Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate governance, equity structures, legal documentation, and HR agreements.
Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, and cap table management systems.
Mindset: Professional, diligent, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, confidentiality- driven consulting environment.
Traits: Highly organized, trustworthy, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities with accuracy.
Passion: Genuine interest in corporate advisory, investor relations, and the intersection of legal and financial strategy.
Working Environment:
Collaborative & Growth-Oriented: Work directly with consultants, legal professionals, and finance teams.
Professional Growth: Gain exposure to high-level corporate transactions, investor relations practices, and legal-finance consulting processes.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, compliance, and strategic coordination — a professional who takes pride in delivering excellence behind the scenes while supporting the firm’s commitment to integrity and client success.
