Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support our attorneys in delivering top-tier legal services by managing complex documentation, conducting in-depth legal research, and ensuring compliance with all procedural requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and contracts.

• Conduct legal research utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal databases to support case preparation and strategy.

• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with court rules and regulations.

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, including the preparation of exhibit lists and witness files.

• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and third parties to gather and manage necessary documentation and evidence.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with procedural deadlines and court requirements.

• Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimonies for attorney review.

Required Skills:

• Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal department, with a focus on litigation support.

• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.

• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
