What You'll Be Doing

Tear down used or damaged pallets safely and efficiently using basic hand tools

Sort salvageable boards and materials from scrap, good stuff doesn't go to waste around here

Occasionally refurbish pallets that have some life left in them

Keep your area clean and organized so the whole crew can move safely and quickly

Work independently or alongside a small crew to hit daily throughput goals

Speak up when materials are running low or something needs attention

Who We're Looking For

Dependable and punctual — you show up ready to work, especially for the 2nd shift

Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and stay active through the full shift

Comfortable with basic hand tools like pry bars and hammers (or ready to learn)

A positive attitude, team mindset, and a good sense of humor go a long way
