What You’ll Do:

Construct wooden pallets used for shipping and distribution

Use basic hand tools to handle materials safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support safety and productivity

Work on your own or with a small team to hit daily production targets

Keep communication open with teammates about materials, workflow, or support needs

What You Bring:

Reliability and a strong work ethic—you show up ready to contribute

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift

Experience with hand tools or a willingness to learn quickly

A team-first mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
