Job Description

We are urgently hiring an experienced Painting Supervisor for a reputed steel fabrication project in the UAE.

Location: UAE
Industry: Steel Fabrication – Structural / Plate / Piping

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience: 12–15 Years

• Strong experience in Steel Fabrication (Structural / Plate / Piping)

• Experience in Refineries, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, or heavy industrial projects preferred

• Hands-on experience in surface preparation (SA 2, SA 2.5, etc.)

• Knowledge of industrial coating systems (Epoxy, PU, Zinc-rich, etc.)

• Experience handling blasting & painting crews

• Ability to coordinate with QA/QC and project team

• Familiar with safety standards and PTW system

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000
