Painting Estimator (Commercial / Industrial)

We are looking for a skilled Commercial/Industrial Painting Estimator to join our growing team in Hacienda Heights, CA. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for commercial and industrial painting projects, including labor, materials, production rates, and scheduling.
• Conduct detailed takeoffs, analyze blueprints, specifications, drawings, and scope documents.
• Apply expertise in surface preparation techniques, coating systems, finishes, and application methods.
• Assemble complete bid packages, proposals, and scope clarifications for clients.
• Participate in job walks and site visits to collect project data and verify conditions.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, vendors, and field teams to confirm project details and address questions.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company standards, safety regulations, and applicable laws.
• Support process improvements and mentor junior team members when needed.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3+ years estimating commercial or industrial painting projects.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify eligible).
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical examination.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, painting takeoffs, surface prep, coating systems, labor & material pricing, and bid preparation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
