The hotel has convenient access to the Ziggo Dome, Johan Cruijff ArenA, AFAS Live, RAI convention centre and Schiphol Airport.
We are currently looking for a Painter for a Temporary 4 Months Contract.
As a Painter, you are responsible for maintaining the hotel’s interior and exterior surfaces in excellent condition. You ensure that all painted areas meet the hotel’s quality and safety standards, contributing to a well‑maintained and welcoming environment for guests and employees. You must be reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of the maintenance team.
Key responsibilities:
Paint and repaint walls, ceilings, doors, frames, and other surfaces in guest rooms, public areas, offices, and back‑of‑house areas.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks or holes, and applying primers as needed.
Maintain and repair painted surfaces to ensure a high standard of appearance at all times.
Work in public areas with minimal disruption to guests and operations.
Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of painting tools and materials.
Follow health and safety regulations and hotel maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with the maintenance team and report any structural or repair issues identified during work.
