Извршува операции на бојадисување

Главни одговорности:

• Чита и применува техничка документација
• Одредува, обезбедува и подготвува потребна опрема и алат за спроведување на работниот налог
• Врши рачна обработка на работни делови (турпијање, шмирглање, симнување рабови, естетско дотерување и сл.)
• Врши операции на бојадисување (одмастување, подготовка на боја, изолирање, бојадисување, китирање)
• Подредува, сортира, пакува и обележува алати, материјали, делови и готови производи
• Собира, сортира и соодветно отстранува отпад од производните хали, опасниот отпад го   селектира и го одложува  на  местото   означено  за  опасен  отпад .
• Врши проверка и одговара за квалитетот на деловите или материјалите на кои работи
• Редовно ги одржува и чисти средствата за работа, машините и алатите што ги користи
• Одговара за квалитетно и навремено извршување на работните задачи
• Oдговара за редот и хигиена на работното место , Се грижи за правилно искористување на опремата, алатот и работното време
• По потреба извршува и други работни операции.

 

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински техничар, електро-техничар или друго образование со соодветна обука или искуство. Задолжително познавање на Македонски јазик.

Предност: Најмалку 1 година слично работно искуство

Position Summary:

Performs painting operations in the production process.

Major Responsibilities:

• Reads and applies technical documentation

• Determines, provides and prepares the necessary equipment and tools for the implementation of the work order

• Performs manual processing of working parts (filing, sanding, removing edges, aesthetic adjustment, etc.)

• Performs painting operations (degreasing, paint preparation, insulation, painting, plastering)

• Sorts, sorts, packs and labels tools, materials, parts and finished products

• Collects, sorts and appropriately removes waste from production halls, hazardous waste is selected and disposed of at the place marked as hazardous waste.

• Checks and is responsible for the quality of the parts or materials it works on

• Regularly maintains and cleans the tools, machines and tools he uses

• Responsible for quality and timely execution of work tasks

• Responsible for workplace order and hygiene, Takes care of proper use of equipment, tools and working hours

• Performs other work operations as needed.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Machine or electro technician or other education with related training or experience. Macedonian language is a must.

Advantage: min. 1 year related work experience
