Key Responsibilities In this role, you’ll work alongside a skilled team, contributing your expertise and supporting Rogall + Co’s commitment to excellence.
Painting Expertise
Independently execute all painting tasks with precision, including painting windows, doors, soffits, shutters, and other surfaces to a high-quality finish.
Operate tools like ladders, scaffolding, and paint sprayers safely and proficiently.
Collaborative Team Member
Support the Crew Leader and work closely with painters, apprentices, and trainees to maintain a seamless workflow.
Offer guidance to team members as needed, fostering a positive, productive environment on the job site.
Job Site Organization
Assist in maintaining an organized and clean job site, ensuring all tools and materials are accounted for and trucks are stocked for each project.
Take responsibility for tool use and care, keeping equipment in optimal condition to promote job efficiency.
Client Interaction
Engage professionally with clients on-site, answering questions and addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Support the Crew Leader in final walk-throughs with clients when needed, ensuring all quality checks are completed.
What You Bring to the Team
In-depth Painting Skills: Solid experience in professional painting techniques and surface preparation.
Commitment to Safety: Strong understanding of safety protocols and job-site best practices.
Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure proper tool and material usage.
Technical Proficiency: Competency with hand and power tools, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
Additional Requirements

Adherent: Ability to follow/ execute on directions
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation (Ability to commute to job site)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
