To support our continued growth, we are looking for a painter / Powder Coater to join the UK team based at our office in Northampton. This position would suit an experienced person or someone who is willing to learn.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Industrial Coating team painting components for the production of commercial mowing equipment. All skill levels invited to apply.

What our coating team does

Coat components to a high standard

Powder coating and wet spraying

Shot blasting

QC check work

Follow standard operating procedures

Work within designated timescale

Work well with an existing team

Continuous improvement

Ideally the successful candidate will

Have experience working in a production environment

Have good experience in coating

Have an eye for detail

Follow our in-house processes

Be willing to learn new skills

Most Importantly, regardless of previous experience, the successful candidate will

Have the ability to learn new skills and adapt to new processes

Be self motivated and tenacious

Be adaptable and able to work in a team

Hours

Mon - Thurs 07:00 - 16:00

Fri – 07:00 – 13:00
