We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter and Polisher to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint finishes and polishing surfaces to the highest standards of quality and precision. You will work on a variety of projects, ensuring that all surfaces are properly prepared, finished, and inspected to meet our exacting specifications. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and contribute to the completion of high-quality projects in a professional environment.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming materials including metal, wood, and composite surfaces
• Apply paint coatings using various techniques including brushing, rolling, and spray application methods
• Perform polishing and finishing work to achieve desired surface quality and appearance
• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications
• Maintain and operate painting and polishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Mix paint colors and match existing finishes to ensure color consistency across projects
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues encountered
• Document work completed and maintain accurate records of materials used
• Comply with all local regulations and safety standards applicable in Dubai, UAE
 
• Proven experience as a Painter and Polisher or in a similar finishing trade role
• Proficiency in surface preparation techniques including sanding, cleaning, and priming
• Strong knowledge of various paint types, finishes, and polishing compounds
• Ability to operate painting equipment such as spray guns, sanders, and polishing machines
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and work at heights when necessary
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet project deadlines
• Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in the construction and manufacturing industries
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
