We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our professional team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying high-quality decorative and protective coatings to various surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires adaptability to work in Al Ain's unique climate conditions while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint or wallpaper
• Mix and match paints according to specifications and color requirements
• Apply primers, paints, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Ensure proper coverage and finish quality on all painted surfaces
• Create decorative finishes such as faux painting, texturing, or stenciling when required
• Inspect completed work for defects and touch up as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling paints and equipment
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors
• Adapt painting techniques to accommodate Al Ain's climate conditions

• Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in professional painting
• Proficiency in various painting techniques for different surfaces and materials
• Strong knowledge of paint types, mixing, color matching, and application methods
• Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and project plans
• Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and handle painting equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in painting is preferred
• Safety certifications related to working with hazardous materials is a plus
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques for various materials
• Understanding of color theory and design principles
• Ability to estimate paint quantities and project timelines
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Efficient and organized work habits
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including high temperatures, and at heights when necessary
• Adaptability to work in Al Ain's climate conditions
• Valid driver's license for potential travel between job sites
