We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Operator to join our production team. The Paint Operator is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing products according to quality standards, safety requirements, and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate painting equipment (spray guns, automated paint lines, booths)
• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, masking, sanding)
• Mix and apply paints, coatings, or finishes according to specifications
• Monitor paint quality, thickness, and coverage
• Perform visual inspections and touch-ups as required
• Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper cleaning after use
• Follow safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
• Record production data and report defects or equipment issues
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet targets
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a Paint Operator or in industrial painting is an advantage
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
• Basic understanding of safety standards and chemical handling
• Ability to read work instructions and technical specifications
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to work shifts, if required
