Role Summary and Impact 

Join the dynamic social team at WPP Media as a Paid Social Specialist, where you will engage in social media advertising campaigns for some of Sweden's and the world's leading brands. Utilising market leading technology and working closely with various platforms, you will have the opportunity to explore innovative creative formats and advertising solutions. We are seeking a parental leave cover, and we’re open to shaping the role around your experience. This means it could be a senior position with wider responsibilities, or a mid-level role with a more focused scope.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and TikTok  

• Aid in formulating strategies and provide recommendations for social media advertising, encompassing platform selection, budgeting, KPIs, target audience, content format, frequency, testing, and creative input  

• Monitor, track, optimize and report on campaign performance in line with client KPIs    

• Presenting campaign results in client and agency meetings and periodically assist in creating new business presentations  

Skills and Experience  

• 1-3 years of experience in digital media buying, preferably within a media agency or in-house at an advertiser 

• A good understanding of Meta Ads Manager 

• Preferred to have knowledge of at least one more social platform such as TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn or Pinterest  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel  

• A university degree or relevant vocational education in digital marketing  

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills  

• Analytical, curious, and motivated to enhance performance outcomes  

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of independent work 

• A team player with a knack for building strong client relationships
