Paid Social Specialist

As a Paid Social Specialist, you will develop and execute the advertising strategy for our paid social channels in EMEA and US. And lead the collaboration with our creative team, including briefing them for assets.

What you will do:

Paid Social Strategy & Execution

•
Develop and lead the paid social strategy across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other platforms

•
Translate business goals into effective campaign plans and targeting strategies

•
Oversee campaign setup, monitoring, optimisation, and delivery across channels

Creative Collaboration

•
Act as the main point of contact with the creative team

•
Brief creatives for social assets and ensure alignment with campaign objectives

•
Work with designers and content producers to evolve formats and creative approaches

Performance Management & Analysis

•
Monitor and analyse campaign KPI’s and performance results

•
Build and manage A/B tests, interpret outcomes, and apply learnings

•
Produce clear, actionable performance reports with insights and recommendations

Budget & Optimization

•
Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend and performance

•
Identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements quickly

•
Surface risks and corrective actions when performance trends deviate

Cross-Functional Communication

• Present performance updates in team meetings with clear storytelling and visualisations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., brand, analytics, ecommerce, local markets)

• Share best practices to inform broader team learnings and workflows

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in paid advertising (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok)

• Can write clear and concise briefs and are an excellent communicator with a high degree of organizational skills

• Have a deep understanding of social ad platforms and executing complex campaigns

• An eye for detail and aesthetic

• Experience with holdout testing, and MTA tools are a plus

• You can work independently, take initiative, and proactively collaborate with others when needed.

• Fluency in English verbally and in writing
