The role
We are looking for a talented and analytical Paid Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. As an executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Paid Social activity performance and implementing tactics across Facebook, Snapchat, Tik-Tok, Reddit and X.
• Work towards defined KPIs to exceed those.
• Set up and manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting options, and tracking parameters to ensure accurate campaign measurement and ROAS analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to internal teams.
• Expand and maintain a good relationship with external partners and service providers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and web development, to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution.
• Contribute ideas & run A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels.
• Ensure campaign tracking is implemented correctly so media spend can be efficiently measured and attributed back to the relevant channel.
• Deliver performance reports, presenting findings, results, and recommendations on campaign strategies, target groups, and creative efficiency.
What are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Looker, is a plus.
• High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
