About the role

We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to lead the setup, execution, monitoring, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across our social portfolios. This role is central to driving performance, delivering against campaign KPIs, and providing actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media and digital advertising.

Main Responsibilities

Campaign setup & execution

• Develop and implement paid social media strategies aligned with client objectives.

• Build and launch paid social campaigns across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

• Ensure campaigns are accurately targeted, budgeted, and aligned with client objectives

Monitoring & optimisation

• Closely monitor campaign performance to ensure delivery against KPIs

• Optimise campaigns in real-time based on performance data, budget allocation, and campaign timelines

• Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness

Reporting & insights

• Create clear, engaging, and insightful reports for internal teams and clients

• Analyse campaign data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement

• Support post-campaign analysis and contribute to case studies and PCAs

• Recommend future strategies based on learnings and performance

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media advertising.

Person specification

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok (YouTube experience a plus)

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

• High attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Passion for social media

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics)
