Paid Social Campaign Manager, APJ 

In this role, you will develop and execute paid social strategies that align with the broader media plan, managing end‑to‑end campaign implementation while continuously optimizing to meet KPIs and overall business goals. You’ll analyse performance data to uncover trends, insights, and improvement opportunities, and create detailed campaign reports that guide strategic decisions. Collaboration will be central as you work closely with the Paid Social Regional Director, regional media planners, creative and content teams, other digital media channels, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment. You’ll stay up to date on industry trends and platform updates, testing new approaches to enhance performance and sharing learnings with the wider team. Additionally, you will ensure all campaigns follow legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements while adhering to best practices in setup, management, and optimization. 

Join us as a Paid Social Regional Manager on our Dell Technologies’ Global Field Marketing team in Bangalore, India.

You will: 

• Develop and execute paid social media campaigns. 

• Optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and business objectives. 

• Analyse social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly. 

• Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.  

• Ensure that paid social efforts align with broader digital media goals.

Essential Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of Experience in social media planning and buying. 

• Proficiency in social media platforms and advertising tools like Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc. 

• Strong analytical skills and experience in performance tracking. 

Desirable Requirements ​

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 

• Up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
