As a Paid Search Specialist, you will execute paid search strategies, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets to meet business goals. You will work closely with the Paid Search Regional Director and media planning teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation and impactful results.

You will:

• Optimize paid search campaigns and manage budgets to achieve KPIs and maximize efficiency.
• Partner with planning teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to shape campaign strategies and ensure flawless execution.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor a small team (1–3 members), ensuring adherence to internal processes, financial controls, and operational best practices while driving campaign excellence.

Essential Requirements

• Proven professional experience in search engine marketing (minimum 4–5 years), with expertise in platforms like SA350, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate effectively across global teams.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns with complex objectives.
• Proven ability to manage or mentor a small team (1–3 members), ensuring compliance with internal processes and operational standards.

•A proven history of successfully developing e-business strategies and solutions
•5 to 7 years of related experience
•A deep knowledge of leading-edge architectures and technology enhancements

•Project management skill, with strong merchandising/copywriting skills
