Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency that helps both established brands and fast-growing startups expand their online presence.They combine expertise across three core areas: Connections (paid search, social, streaming, and audio), Commerce (Amazon DSP, retail media, SEO, and product optimization), and Creative (brand strategy, content creation, scalable production, and web development). The team drives growth for brands by executing data-driven campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and more.

What you will do:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Paid Search Coordinator to join a growing team responsible for delivering high-impact paid search campaigns for leading brands. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize campaigns across major platforms, drive measurable results, and contribute strategic insights to improve performance. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and expanding team where your work will directly impact client success.

Responsibilities:

• Build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
• Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to consistently meet and exceed KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze search queries, and identify new keyword and negative keyword opportunities.
• Write compelling text ad copy (Google & Microsoft), collaborating with senior team members for review and refinement.
• Structure campaigns, tag URLs, select landing pages, and ensure flawless execution.
• Perform ongoing account optimizations to improve performance and efficiency.
• Monitor daily pacing and provide performance updates.
• Generate and pull reports to analyze trends across keywords, ad groups, campaigns, and ad copy.
• Support insight development for client presentations, wrap-ups, and QBRs.
• Conduct campaign QA on your own work and support quality control across the team.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns.
• Strong e-commerce experience (required).
• Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns directly within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Experience creating client-ready presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative team mindset.

Benefits:
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday (EST hours)
• Salary: 3,000 USD Monthly
• Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM
• Contract: Independent Contractor
