About Us
Buddle was founded to address the growing demand for reliable and efficient staffing solutions across diverse industries globally. Our mission is to seamlessly connect businesses with skilled professionals, fostering long-term partnerships that benefit both parties. At Buddle, we prioritise trust, value, and sustainability in every staffing solution we provide.
About the Role
As a Paid Media Specialist (Meta Ads), you will act as the execution engine behind our paid social channel across multiple high-volume, design-led brands.
This is a hands-on, platform-focused role where you will be responsible for building, launching, and maintaining Meta ad campaigns with a high level of precision and consistency. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Performance Marketing, translating fully briefed creative assets into clean, structured, and correctly configured campaigns.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in execution-focused work, values accuracy, and is confident operating inside Meta Ads Manager on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Building
Build campaigns, ad sets, and ads using fully briefed creative assets
Configure all campaign elements accurately, including objectives, audiences, placements, budgets, schedules, and tracking
Use AI tools to generate on-brand ad copy (headlines, descriptions, and CTAs)
Apply strict naming conventions consistently across all accounts and funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
Publish campaigns and confirm successful launch with the Senior Marketing Manager
Identify and flag any asset specification issues, disapprovals, or delivery concerns immediately
Ensure all builds are accurate and require no rework
Budget Adjustments & Campaign Maintenance
Execute budget changes, reallocations, and optimizations as directed by the Head of Performance Marketing
Pause, activate, and duplicate campaigns, ad sets, or ads as instructed
Implement adjustments to placements, schedules, or audiences when required
Monitor campaign delivery and flag any irregularities such as spend drops, disapprovals, or account-level alerts
Platform Hygiene & Quality Assurance
Perform daily account health checks across all ad accounts
Maintain clean and structured campaign architecture (no duplication, misconfigurations, or orphaned assets)
Ensure pixel tracking and UTM parameters are correctly implemented on all campaigns
Enforce strict naming conventions across all builds
Provide regular updates or summaries to the Senior Marketing Manager via Slack
Other Responsibilities
Complete additional tasks and platform-related requests as assigned
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all campaign builds and updates
Communicate proactively when issues, blockers, or uncertainties arise
Contribute to maintaining a structured, efficient, and high-performing ad account environment
About You
Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager on a daily basis
Strong experience managing multiple ad accounts or brands simultaneously
Deep understanding of campaign setup, including objectives, audiences, placements, and budget optimisation
Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, naming conventions, and tracking setup
Able to execute quickly while maintaining a high standard of work
Comfortable working as an execution-focused team member, following clear direction
Strong communication skills with the ability to raise issues and ask clarifying questions when needed
Experience in e-commerce or home, renovation, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
