Job Summary
We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist with deep expertise in video marketing funnels and retargeting infrastructure to set up scalable, performance-driven campaigns. You’ll build the audience strategy, tracking stack, campaign structure, and creative briefs needed to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion—while collaborating with both an existing ad agency and the client’s internal video team.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and structure full-funnel video campaigns across YouTube Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
• Implement and validate tracking infrastructure: Google Ads tags, Meta Pixel, GoHighLevel integration, UTM frameworks
• Develop audience segments for retargeting across platforms: video viewers, site visitors, form abandoners, converters
• Set up campaigns across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages
• Create brief but detailed video content guidelines (by funnel stage and platform) for the in-house production team
• Deliver a documented campaign structure including naming conventions, retargeting logic, and tagging systems
• Support in configuring GoHighLevel automations for lead routing, tagging, and conversion flows
• Assist in post-lead form redirection flows and content delivery (videos, next steps, trust-building content)
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience running YouTube Ads and Meta Ads with a full-funnel approach
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and GoHighLevel
• Strong understanding of video ad strategy, creative planning, and conversion tracking
• Demonstrated ability to build audience segmentation, exclusion lists, and remarketing flows
• Prior experience with local service businesses or the home services industry (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, roofing) is highly preferred
• Comfortable collaborating with existing ad agencies and working within their ad accounts
