KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Input campaign data (targeting, budgets, copy, creatives) into ad platforms.

• Verify campaigns are uploaded completely and ready for client review.

• Notify Ads team once setup is complete for publishing checks.

• Follow SOPs to ensure error-free campaign builds.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of experience in digital ad operations or campaign setup.

• Familiarity with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data transfer.

• Organized and dependable in managing multiple campaign requests.

Key Skills:

• Technical Skills/Programming/Tool Knowledge

• Ad Platforms Mastery – Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter/X Ads, programmatic DSPs.

• Campaign Setup & Optimization – keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategies, and ad placement.

• Tracking & Tagging – UTM parameters, conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.

• Remarketing & Retargeting – creating custom and lookalike audiences.

• Analytical and Diagnostic Skills

• Data Analysis – ability to interpret marketing KPIs (conversion rates, CPL, CAC, ROI, attribution).

• Reporting & Dashboards – building clear performance reports for stakeholders.

• Process Optimization – streamlining workflows, automations, and cross-team coordination.

• A/B Testing & Experimentation – validating campaign performance improvements.

• Creative & Strategic Skills

• Ad Copywriting & Messaging – crafting compelling, high-CTR ad text and creatives.

• Creative Optimization – guiding designers on ad visuals, videos, and formats.

• Full-Funnel Strategy – awareness → consideration → conversion → retention campaigns.

• Competitor & Market Research – spotting trends and adjusting campaigns accordingly.

• Attention to Detail – catching errors in data, campaigns, or automation flows.

• Adaptability – adjusting to new platforms, tools, and strategies quickly.
