Desde Time Out estamos buscando un Paid Media Specialist & Community Manager para unirse al equipo en la oficina de Madrid. Si eres una persona proactiva, hablas en lenguaje social media y te encanta navegar entre apps y definir targets y objetivos para dar lo mejor de ti en cada campaña, te estamos buscando.

Descripción de la posición

Responsable en el día a día de las campañas de anunciantes y propias en las redes sociales de Time Out Spain (Madrid & Barcelona), incluyendo su planificación, redacción de copies, planteamientos creativos y gestión de publicaciones, con especial atención a campañas de Paid Media (Google, Meta & Tik Tok).

Buscamos a una persona proactiva, organizada, creativa, responsable y sepa ir un paso más allá.

Funciones:

Lanzamiento, seguimiento, optimización y retargeting de campañas de paid media en las plataformas Meta Ads, Google Ads y TikTok Ads, con especial énfasis en la optimización de presupuestos.
Planificación y gestión diaria de las redes sociales de Time Out Barcelona & Time Out Madrid (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok), junto con los Social Media Managers, programando y publicando contenido branded.
Conocimiento amplio de segmentación de campañas según intereses y matices locales, adaptando cada caso a necesidades concretas.
Conocimiento de Google Analytics
Reporte de datos, creación de informes y análisis de métricas al cierre de cada campaña, alineando learnings con el equipo comercial.
Colaboración con el equipo creativo y de contenidos, planteando enfoques e ideas para trasladar a cada red social.
Capacidad de research y social listening para descubrir nuevos insights y tendencias del mundo digital y aplicarlos al contexto de Time Out .

¿Qué buscamos?

Una persona con un mínimo de 2 – 5 años de experiencia en campañas de Paid Media y redes sociales.

Experiencia laboral y gestión de perfiles sociales, así como de herramientas de Social Ads y analítica.

Conocimiento del lenguaje nativo de RRSS.

Persona organizada y metódica, responsable, confiable y con capacidad de improvisación.

Habilidades de redacción y atención al detalle.

Idioma inglés a nivel profesional.
