They are a well-established independent media agency, bringing together a team of 25 specialists across strategy, planning, buying and analytics.

Operating across both digital and offline channels, they provide end-to-end media support from high-level strategy through to execution and in-depth performance analysis.

The Role

It’s a well-rounded position that blends hands-on platform work with client exposure, making it a great step for someone who wants to move beyond pure execution and gain a better view of how campaigns come together end to end.

You’ll work closely with experienced planners and senior team members, supporting everything from activation and reporting through to client communications and day-to-day delivery. The team works at a good pace, so being organised, curious and comfortable juggling priorities will really help.

Over time, you’ll naturally gain exposure across different platforms, clients and ways of thinking about media. It’s a strong next step for someone looking to keep learning and grow within a collaborative independent agency.

You will:

• Support the planning, implementation and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns (search, social, programmatic)

• Contribute to reporting, analysis and actionable insights for clients

• Participate in client meetings and help shape day-to-day communications

• Work across major platforms including Google and social ecosystems

• Collaborate closely with planners, analysts and senior stakeholders

• Help refine internal processes and identify opportunities for smarter media delivery

This role is for you if

• You have a couple of years in a digital or media agency and are ready for more ownership

• You are naturally curious and enjoy learning across different platforms and disciplines

• You thrive in collaborative teams where people are approachable and things move at a good pace

This role is not for you if

• You prefer highly structured corporate environments with very defined remits

• You want to specialise deeply in one channel rather than working across multiple platforms

• You prefer roles that are purely platform-focused without client interaction

About You

• 2+ years of experience in a media or digital agency environment

• Hands-on experience across at least one core channel such as paid search or paid social

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

• Confident communicator who enjoys working with both data and people

• Keen to keep learning and broaden your exposure across channels
