Why this role matters:

We are seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Specialist II – Brand Media Execution to support the digital execution of corporate brand campaigns. This role is focused on owning the trafficking and activation of campaigns through digital partners, ensuring accuracy, quality, and performance. The Specialist II works closely with brand/creative teams, paid media vendors, and DG channel teams to bring corporate brand campaigns to market, while also providing robust reporting and actionable insights. This position requires 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Activation and Trafficking: Own the setup, trafficking, and deployment of all brand campaigns across digital partners and channels, ensuring correct execution.

• Multi-Channel Execution: Execute campaigns across diverse channels, including Display/Programmatic, Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc.), CTV/OTT, Digital Video (YouTube), Audio, and Native/Sponsored Content.

• Vendor Management: Partner with and onboard external vendors to facilitate proper campaign setup, trafficking, and activation.

• Quality Assurance (QA): Perform rigorous QA on all campaign elements—creative, targeting, tracking pixels, and measurement tags—prior to launch.

• Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor campaigns post-launch, actively optimizing performance to ensure key business and performance goals are met.

• Reporting and Insights: Develop detailed campaign reporting and dashboards tracking reach, engagement, ROI, and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure campaign alignment and execution consistency by collaborating with brand, creative, and transactional teams, and documenting all processes.

What you will bring:

• Experience Level: 6–8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or brand media execution.

• Hands-On Activation: Strong, direct experience owning the trafficking and activation of campaigns through digital partners across diverse channels.

• Reporting & Analytics: Expert in reporting, analytics, and data interpretation, specifically deriving actionable insights from campaign performance.

• Campaign Focus: Proven background in executing brand or paid media campaigns with a clear understanding of brand KPIs and measurement.

• Vendor Management: Strong experience in managing external vendor relationships for campaign activation, execution, and reporting.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with campaign management, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, platform-specific reporting).

• Core Competencies: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and possessing excellent cross-functional communication skills.
